A monolithic cedar desk is positioned directly before a massive triple-glazed window, framing the shifting fog and wild waves for uninterrupted creative focus.

Inside, the roar of the wind disappears. The space is centered around a heavy, raw-edged cedar table and a cast-iron stove, offering creative professionals an uninterrupted environment for deep work.

We release booking blocks biannually to maintain the integrity of the land. Secure your period of isolation at South Spit.

Rates begin at six hundred per night. Creative residency applications for writers and artists are reviewed on a rolling seasonal basis.
